Welcome to Closed Studios! We are a small team of two passionate individuals dedicated to alternative and grunge fashion as well as artistic design. Since our journey began in early November, we have been working hard to expand our collection and increase our stock every day.

We are committed to making our processes as ethical and eco-friendly as possible. We ensure fair compensation for everyone involved in our business while striving to source the most sustainable materials within our budget. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, ethical products at fair prices.

Based in the Czech Republic, we proudly offer worldwide shipping. We believe that global access is the best way to connect with our customers. While we aim to maintain this service, international shipping costs may fluctuate due to policy changes. For now, we are happy to offer free shipping!

Shipping

At Closed Studios, we take great care in handling our shipping process. We dispatch orders as frequently as possible, usually on a weekly basis, and aim to ship each order within a week of purchase. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email with updates on your order status.

Orders typically take 1-3 weeks from dispatch to arrive at your doorstep. We provide tracking numbers to keep you informed about your shipment. Please note that once a package has been dispatched, we have no control over its delivery. If you have entered an incorrect address, we advise you to contact your local shipping agency as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with your order. If we have made an error on our end, we will process a refund as quickly as possible.
